Hope each one of you is safe and well.
Despite the fast and drastic changes brought by the Coronavirus, we were able to move forward as much as possible while prioritizing our team and our collaborators’ safety.
All items are now in our fulfillment center after having passed their customs and shipping procedures.
You should start receiving the rewards that contain black, beige, and grey Snapbags starting next week. You might have noticed that your addresses are locked in Backerkit (if you selected black, beige, or grey), which is to allow for printing your shipping labels and to ensure accurate delivery.
Rewards with dark grey and Limited Edition Snapbags will start shipping in a week. If you selected dark grey or Limited Edition and have moved since backing us, please update the address in your survey by clicking here or reach us at email@example.com if you need help.
Our fulfillment team have been taking the necessary precautions and are doing everything in their power to ship your rewards quickly.
As you know things are currently changing by the minute as governments all over the world are taking measures to contain or fight the novel Coronavirus. New statements are issued daily that might impact shipping and delivery.
Carriers are still operating but are being vocal about unexpected delays. Overall, the delivery of goods by itself hasn’t been largely affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. We will keep you posted if anything changes as soon as we know about it.
Please stay safe by avoiding unnecessary travel and by taking the necessary health precautions to best protect yourselves and your loved ones.
Our support and compassion go to you all, especially those of you who are in severely affected areas.

The Limited Edition and dark grey Snapbags have been fully produced, underwent export and customs formalities, and are now on their vessel, heading to the fulfillment center.
As for the black, beige, and grey Snapbags, they have come a long way but are a bit behind on their mid-february estimated time of arrival (ETA). As instructed by our freight forwarder, the vessel’s ETA sometimes varies from the original one given upon departure due to weather turbulence, maintenance, or other technical challenges. The vessel will arrive at its port of destination in one week and a half. Then the container will move to the fulfillment center so that the team there can begin sending your rewards! We're excited to announce that you should receive your rewards in March (first the black, beige, and grey Snapbags, and then the Limited Edition and dark grey Snapbags)
We understand that crowdfunding projects can be exciting but sometimes the wait can be frustrating for the backers. Your feedback keeps us working very hard to overcome the challenges and succeed with our project fulfillment. As we enter the final stages of our project completion, we too can hardly wait to deliver your rewards so that you experience Snapbag's benefits in your daily lives!

The first batch of rewards has successfully completed all export and customs formalities, been loaded on its dedicated container, boarded its ship, and is now well on its way, headed to the Fulfillment center. The ship’s estimated arrival is in mid-February. When the rewards reach the fulfillment center, you will begin receiving your tracking info and shortly after you will begin receiving your rewards with black, grey, and beige Snapbags!
Production of the limited edition and the dark grey Snapbags will finish in the upcoming few days. Then it will be time to prepare for shipping by packaging and boxing, labeling and handling the export and customs formalities for the second shipment to board its ship and follow the steps of its predecessor.

A quick update to brighten your holidays:
We have been listening to your feedback and we are happy to announce that the rewards with grey, beige, and black Snapbags will ship sooner!
Never forgetting our commitment to environmentally friendly practices that is communicated in our mission and vision statements, we have been working on readjusting our logistics plan to cut your wait duration, resulted by the delay of the material quality testing for the limited edition and the dark grey Snapbags. All the while staying mindful of not wasting resources on unnecessary logistics costs nor sacrificing Snapbag’s quality nor its distribution quality.
All the perks with the beige, black, and grey Snapbags are now leaving our manufacturing plant to the port, heading to the point from which they will be distributed to every backer individually (the shipping and fulfillment center). The rewards are expected to reach the center in January.
Happy to announce that the limited edition and the dark grey Snapbags’ final raw materials are exiting their port of destination as well and heading towards our manufacturing plant. This allows us to begin the production of the limited edition and the dark grey Snapbags in the upcoming week in parallel to shipping the already produced rewards.
